Terms of service
The terms that apply when you book with us.
Bookings
Prices are fixed for the property size and options you select. If the property differs materially from the details given, for example more consumer units or bedrooms, we will tell you the revised price before starting.
Access
You are responsible for arranging access to every room, the consumer unit and the meter. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, a £45 failed visit charge applies.
Cancellations
You can cancel or rearrange free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Reports
Reports are issued after payment of the invoice. An EICR records the condition of the installation at the time of inspection and is limited to the areas that could be safely accessed.
Remedial work
Remedial work is quoted separately and only carried out with your written approval, except where a C1 danger must be made safe immediately.
