Our process
We quote for every coded item in writing on the day the report is issued. Once you approve, we schedule the work inside your deadline. After completion we issue a Minor Works Certificate or Electrical Installation Certificate, and a letter confirming the remedial work has been done, which landlords must give to tenants and, on request, the council within 28 days.
Prices start at £85 for a single small item such as replacing a damaged socket. Larger items such as a consumer unit upgrade are quoted at a fixed price.
