When is my EICR due?

How the date is worked out
The next-due date is the date of the last inspection plus the interval. For privately rented homes in all four UK nations the maximum interval is five years, but if your report states a shorter interval, that one applies.
We show a warning when the due date is less than 90 days away, which gives enough time to book, inspect and finish any remedial work.
