This notice explains how VawltAI Ltd, trading as Ampvale Electrical ("we"), uses personal information. We are the data controller for information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property postcode and any details you provide about the property, tenants or access.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, arrange and carry out the inspection, issue reports and invoices, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing the contract, and legal obligation.
Who we share it with
The electrician who carries out your inspection, our email and hosting providers, and anyone you ask us to send a report to, such as a tenant or letting agent. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of inspections and reports are kept for 7 years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@ampvale.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the price calculator, your last price is stored in your own browser so it can be added to your quote request.
